The Adult Training Program offers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities an opportunity to enhance their capacity to achieve. 

Services at our Adult Training Program are designed to promote various therapeutic programs, pre-vocational, vocational and independent living skills.  The program is individualized and concentrates on cognitive, communication and physical development, and environmental and sensory awareness.  Employment opportunities in sub-contract and community settings are promoted as well.

A unique feature of the Adult Training Program is the opportunity to partner with local businesses to help them increase their productivity and profit levels by employing our clients.  People with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the same needs as anyone else for participating in meaningful work activities and experiencing a sense of accomplishment.  Having a job and earning a paycheck helps to develop a sense of identity and dignity.
