Community Supports are support services for families and their young or grown children with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live at home.

A team which includes the individual receiving services, their family, Allegheny Valley School staff and county staff work together to design the plan of services for each individual.  The support services are home and community based.  This program assists families in achieving desired outcomes for their children.

Each individual's plan of service is designed to meet the needs of the family and the individual with special needs.

Who can participate?
